... and we are looking for a talented and dedicated Senior Investment Associate to join our team to work on an innovative FinTech platform.
We are a global team working across many countries, and you will be working alongside our Capital Markets team in Germany and collaborating with our business teams across Europe.
You have a good understanding of:
Financial analysis and investment strategy
MS Excel, especially financial modelling
PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
FinTech and financial/asset management applications
You have strong communication skills and can present an investment case, challenges, and solutions in a clear and coherent manner
Securitisation (a plus)
Real Assets (a plus)
Ideally, you have:
4+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, private equity, banking, or venture capital
Experience in the financing of wind power and solar projects and/or infrastructure projects in an international bank, a private debt or private equity fund.
Bachelors or Masters/MBA in investment analysis, finance, economics, financial management, or a related field
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A keen interest in working on an innovative product
Fluency in German and English is a must, any other major European language a plus
This position will entail the following:
Overall support in the structuring, negotiating, and executing of direct equity investments for European projects focusing on wind power and solar power
Independent creation and review of cash flow models for the projects in MS Excel
Involvement in all aspects of the deal cycle, with specific responsibility for financial modelling analysis and due diligence sense checks
Overall management of partners (e.g., technical consultants, law firms, tax consultants and auditors)
Support in acquiring new clients and projects
