... and are looking for a talented and dedicated HR leader to join our team to take charge of all talent related activities including recruiting, talent development and culture management of the company.

You will be working alongside our software engineering team in Gdynia, Poland and our Product, Market, Legal & Finance teams across Europe, UK and India.

Ideally, you have:

A university degree (Business Psychology, Management preferred)

5+ years of work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the IT or Asset Management industries

Excellent communication skills in English (Polish and/or German is a Plus)

Experience in IT or Asset Management recruitment

Excellent demeanour, manners, and communication skills

Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail

knowledge of Polish labour legislation (is a Plus)

Your daily responsibilities will be:

HR counsel to Senior Management and HR special projects (e.g., compensation and benefits programmes)

Managing our cultural framework and strengthening the cultural adoption of our team

Coordination/orchestration of HR Administration (coordination of information exchange between all departments, processing employment related documents, including maintaining employee records)

Oversee the management, coordination, and execution of recruitment activities (and related processes such as reference checks)

Design and implementation of world-class onboarding/offboarding processes

Design and operations of talent / personal development programmes

Planning & organisation of team meetings, learning programs, and interdepartmental interaction
